About you:

You have more than three computers at your house running different operating systems. You're a jack of all trades when it comes to technologies and you're completely comfortable configuring Oracle but might prefer MySQL for your own projects.

You have written in most interpreted languages like BASH, Perl, PHP, and maybe have some experience with Python, Ruby and C.

You have a serious interest in information security and run a locked down network when given the responsibility. You know that risks are inevitable but only run the services needed and custom configure to keep the risks low. You have knowledge of hacking techniques but see yourself as one of the good guys that only uses the knowledge to help secure your own projects.

Terms like CVE, CVSS, and PCI DSS are a common part of your vocabulary and you can figure out anything you don't already know with some efficient Google searches.

Required skills:

• Great English
• Expert in one of the following, Unix Shell Scripting Language, Perl, PHP, Ruby or Python
• Expert administration of one or all of the following, Windows, Unix, Linux
• Information security experience equivalent to CEH and CISSP

Recommended Skills:

• Expert in one or all of the following, HTTP Protocol, JavaScript, PHP, ASP.NET, JAVA, XML, DOM

Subject Area Knowledge of the follow is a plus:

• SCAP
• PCI Data Security Standard
